I recently convinced myself that I never was and never will be a professional photographer.
I’m a hobbyist.
I liken myself to the retiree who has more time than ever to improve his golf game, except I’m trying to improve my personal best in photographic imagery.
So, this web site is to connect with those who WANT to be photographed. Does this mean I’ll give you free photos? Heck no! The last thing I want to deal with is the hopeful spouse, with the reluctant partner, and their whiny kids. If that’s you, go find a worthy professional and PAY THEM. They’re worth it.
The photos I take are mostly for me. My website is to share my work with anyone interested. I have a lot of work to do. Early stuff was full of scheisse (my fault, NOT the models’), but over the next few months, I’ll revisit all of it. I might have overlooked a gem or two. I’m not like Vivian Maier.
